Dose of Music, a tax-exempt charity, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is dedicated to provide comfort, happiness,
and assistance through music for children, teens, adults, families, friends, military troops and veterans, communities,
and anyone in need and/or faced with less fortunate circumstances. This includes, but not limited to, music
entertainment at hospitals, assisted living and nursing homes, hospice, local and national benefits, etc.

Nicole N. Middendorf, CDFA

  As a Financial Advisor and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst with Prosperwell Financial, Nicole
has been professionally trained in retirement planning for small businesses and practical investments
for individuals. Nicole is a frequent contributor in the media, where she makes guest appearances to
discuss personal finance. Nicole focuses on education for her clients for her mission is to help
individuals create wealth from the inside out.

  Nicole graduated from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota with an International
Business degree. Prior to forming her own company, Prosperwell Financial, Nicole was a Financial
Advisor and Retirement Planning Specialist with Morgan Stanley in Wayzata, Minnesota. Nicole now
offers her clients access to a wide range of financial products through LPL Financial, which include
stocks, bonds, mutual funds, exchange traded funds, asset management, insured certificates of
deposit, Life Insurance, Fixed Annuities, Variable Annuities and Managed Futures through LPL

Personal Information
  Nicole was born and raised in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Nicole lives in Wayzata with her son Parker
Jefferson and daughter Gabrielle Rose.  Outside of work, Nicole enjoys boating, spending time with
her kids and crossing items off her “Live It List” such as skydiving, flyboarding, swimming with
dolphins and many more.

Nicole is a board member for the Alliance for Women in Media, TwinWest Chamber and BestPrep.
She is a member of  National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Collaborative Law
Institute, Cooperative Practice Network, Women Entrepreneurs of Minnesota, Women in Networking
and several area chambers.  Nicole also is the founder of Chicks and Charity which raises money for
Financial Literacy and Domestic Violence.
Nicole is the recipient of numerous awards throughout the years which shows her commitment to
